        As only customer in store thought one of the staff may have stopped thier private conversation to assist. But alas no . Lovely products shocking service in a premium footwear outlet. Left and bought online, staff don't deserve their jobs.

        Made a beeline for the store today after having my first pair of Doc Martens for Christmas (always wanted a pair from a young age, now 45+) and needed a different colour lace then black, I bought yellow and my favourite colour purple. The chap who served me, unfortunately didnt get his name was very friendly and full of advice and after a brief conversation, I ended up buying some Balsam and insoles (wow - thank you what a difference) cant wait for my DMs to mold my feet!! Many thanks.
