had to escort a family member for an appointment, parking was an issue unfortunately, but eventually arrived. the free tea and coffee was a nice touch, but rather spoilt by having to share a lobby with loudly arguing other visitors, shouting profanities and insults at each other, and being approached on three occasions by other clients asking me for money, cigarettes (I don't smoke!) and alcohol(I don't!). I understand the stewards have a rather tough time with the clientele, I guess we all have our issues. On the plus side, they were eventually able to help my family member to a certain extent.
