After been badly let down with bad tracking set up causing damage to new front tyres by a Honiton tyre company. I was recommended to mid Devon tyres. First class is all I can say .polite, professional, organised and a noticeable result after having all four tyres replaced and tracking on my RAV4. Great price too. I couldn't recommend them enough. I'll definitely be back when needed.

Popped in here to get a puncture repaired. Super friendly and helpful and didn't wait too long to get the tyre fixed. 25 pounds for the puncture repair. There were quite a few customers coming and going while I was waiting so they've obviously got a good reputation. If you've got children and need a puncture repaired, then take them next door into the trampoline park while your cars getting fixed.

Got in the car this morning to the sight of a warning light for a soft tyre. Mid devon was on my way to an appointment and a place I have used for the last 20 years at least. Today was my last visit ever. I stopped at the store and called in at 08.27, the door was open and I walked in to "were not open yet" Ok "what time do you open"? "08.30, and we've got all of these people in front of you" (pointing to cars outside) What ever happened to the service you used to have at this store where you at least had a good morning, good afternoon!!! This is my second visit in the last 6 weeks, and both times the service has been abrupt, and leaving any kind of decent customer service. I say there for an hour on my previous visit and listening to the desk guys talking to your customers made me gringe, no politeness or compassion. I'm off to someone else who can treat their customers right!!!
