Overall, the experience dealing with Belvoir was sub-par and I would be very hesitant to deal with them again. I had an endless list of complaints, the main issue being that the front door let in any chav that decided to give it a punt leading to some unsavoury meetings during the night I regrettably gave each mattress in the house a lengthy sniff; instant regret. Each smelled like rotten urine and left me with a deep sense of dread at exploring the remainder of the house.
