Very well run storage facility, a team of ladies headed up by Narelle and her trusty assistant, Julie. Our review is based on a two year stay on the ground floor 'open' storage area. We rented 1000 sq ft. Pros 1. Modern well-maintained facilities, easy to get in and out - lots of trolleys, pallet trucks, etc and use of a fork lift truck as well which the staff operate and is great for unloading and loading deliveries and general storage of pallets 3. Reasonable opening times and open all week 4. Big loading bays at front and back, makes deliveries a doddle 5. Daily collections/drop offs all major couriers 6. No contract, just rent your space on a weekly basis 7. Great location on edge of Marsh Barton so easy access to Exeter, the southwest and and M5 8. Friendly, professional staff always willing to help Cons 1. We moved because we found cheaper space elsewhere so it's not the best value in terms of per sq foot 2. The open storage area on the ground floor has a ceiling height of only 3m 3. There are no electrical points, so it's storage only As a temporary storage solution I'd highly recommend Lok'N Store Exeter mainly because of the staff and the facilities. Amazing service, and amazing people! Julie sorted us out with the perfect storage solution for our move from Bristol to Exeter. Very happy with our locker, and Julie cleared everything up and made the whole process incredible easy and stress free!
