My dealings with RFS Ltd have taken place over the last two and half years (probably more - the pandemic has made keeping track of time rather challenging). During the period of the claim being processed, I was kept fully informed of the progress (Jessica was always very apologetic when nothing seemed to be happening). Eventually the process was passed to the Ombudsman who, I'm pleased to report, found in my favour. Although the information I was able to provide was, at times, very sketchy, RFSL pursued the claim doggedly, the end result being that I will receive several thousand pounds that I would never have seen otherwise. I am hugely impressed by the dedication of the company and deeply grateful for all their work on my behalf. Everything was carried out in a thoroughly professional manner and even when I made the error of responding directly to a telephone call (when all communication should have been through RFSL) I was treated with the greatest of respect and the matter was sorted out. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending RFSL or using their services in future should the need arise. Thank you to everyone involved, Jessica in particular.

I transferred my company pension in to a Sipp and loss thousands of pounds.I thought I had lost a large amount of my pension. Right side financial services limited live up to there name ,they were on my side right from the start , collating all the information from companies and departments, in some cases they were not very cooperative I would especially like to thank Daryl Broicher for his persistence in pursuing my claim,the outcome changed my life.
