From the moment I invited Bradleys to value my home, I knew I was in safe hands. Robin explained the process of selling very clearly, including all charges I would be expected to pay. He was both professional and reassuring, and made an overwhelming prospect, being on my own, seem very simple. I simply cannot recommend the Exeter branch of Bradleys enough. Sales negotiator Becky put all of her energy into selling my home, and kept in contact with me constantly, keeping me up to date with viewings and prospective buyers. However, by far the most helpful member of staff, I have ever met, in any walk of life was the assistant branch manager Cathy Nickels. She kept me sane! She dealt with numerous telephone calls a day with me. Sometimes at 9 o clock at night, when she was still in the office. And always cheerfully! I learnt more about conveyancing from her, than I did through any solicitor, and she spent as much time helping me with the legal niggles regarding the house I was buying. She was forever positive, ensuring me that even with all the normal hold ups, my sale would go through. I cannot thank her enough. I had not sold a home for 20 odd years and appreciated her constant support so much. Bradleys Exeter have reinstated my faith in customer service. Whilst the world is going mad, this small team are working for their customers, with honesty and integrity. Thank you! Katie T

Clicked on the appropriate link on their website to view a rental property. They send you a very detailed & unnecessarily invasive online form to complete. After several days, we heard nothing. Then we saw another property we'd like to view. Once again, they send you the form to complete as if you hadn't done it before & as if they didn't keep a record. Worse, it's from a NOREPLY email so there is no personalisation like many other estate agents.
