The one star is for the young lady staff who made sure her manager look incompetent infront of customer (you can see the system is new or the manager not fully trained on the tills ),as she tried to exchange / Refund a product .the young lady made sure her manager fail twice while watching her with a massive smile / grin before she intervine to rectify a simple process of exchange instead of Refund . When she helped she made a point to say to her male collgue how simple the procedure was ,Very unprofessional.

Went in looking for some work shoes, told the ladys I am on my feet all day First Lady was very helpful and very polite I purchased the shoes after she said I can return till 28 days if they hurt (slight heel) unfortunately they were tight and hurt my feet so tired to return them (saw the same lady) again lovely lady offered me a refund or exchange, till the other lady came over and totally just butted in when unneeded and was very rude & said they cant refund due to a slight mark on the rubber (only had them on carpet & was told they would be ok) think she was just rude and unhelpful even before she was rude about the shoes she just stood around looking miserable when entering the shop. Will be telling family and friends not to shop here in future if this is how they trick you with returns.
