I have been lookafter by home Care Preferred for two years .I can't have any better care the staff is so Caring there is nothing they won't do for me keep my room so beautiful tidy open window each day for fresh air bring me meals lunch and tea make me coffee leave me water will take you for a walk or wheel chair to change screenery there is not Care at Homel would do such an exelent care ing I feel so LUCKY to be able to stay in my own home and lookafter so well I recomened very highly HOME CARE PREFERRED

Home Care Preffered have been caring for my mum at home for over two years .They have always been very professional & caring & treated my mum with the upmost respect & dignity & each & every one of them have been absolutely lovely catering for mums every need . All the staff are so kind & so helpful & have kept me updated all the time & have collected prescriptions she has needed , kept her home tidy & clean & have emailed me a timesheet each week so I have always known who & what times they will be with her . My mum was very fond of all of the staff & enjoyed her time with them all . Sadly my mum is now needing to go into a residential home but as a family Id like to say a big thank you to each & everyone of the staff for looking after mum you have all been wonderful & have exceeded our expectations of a care agency & we would not hesitate in recommending Home Care Preffered Thank you so so much Kylie cox ( daughter)
