Absolute con artists. Pre ordered a game a month prior to its release and when I can to collect on the day of release ( what you do when you take the time and money to pre order the game) you get told a bumbling plethora of excuses about how they don't have any copies left and I have 2 options, wait until Tuesday when they receive more stock or refund my pre order... Pathetic excuse for a store I'll be making sure I don't buy from again pre orders don't mean anything.

Went to the Exeter store today to buy a pram. The staff couldnt have been more helpful- Tracey was great and very knowledgeable re the products (of which there were many options) and Matt had no hesitation in helping us by carrying the boxes to the car- great service

Don't use them, absolute thieves. Item not delivered, (clearly stolen in transit as parcel tampered with), sent photo evidence, accused us of being a liar/fraudster when we tried to resolve it. "Case closed" apparently. Now blocked us on Facebook and Twitter. Reported to trading standards and ombudsman, even got a crime reference number from police, but they won't refund or replace. Disgusting customer service, thieving, scummy company

Me (and my kids!) love this store. It is always buzzing and the staff are always approachable, when ever i have needed help i have always received it with a smile and willingness. It can get busy but they make a good job at re directing people to a till they have just opened. We happened to come a few times unexpectedly without knowing that they have had a special event on with entertainment and fun things for the kids to do, so always pleasantly surprised at the effort they go. One person that stood out as being memorable was Matt Martin He particularly made a special effort to make our experience personable and he was so friendly and smily to our children, it made our day!
