        Don't understand the other reviews tbh. Used them on many occasions in both Exeter and Taunton. Always had good service, and found all staff very helpful. The manager in Exeter has helped me out at short notice several times. Keep up the good work

        keep away from them! They invent vehicle damage plus they quote me a price and when I picked up the car in Edinburgh they gave me a bigger car which was 500 pounds more. They said either that or nothing

        Companys like this should not be allowed to operate they took 600 out of my account then said they had not received any payment then when i said i wanted to cancel getting a lease vehicle they said if i paid more money in they could refund me quicker terrible customer services been an absolute nightmare to deal with still trying to get 600 back for which i got nothing AVOID at all costs.

        DO NOT USE! Owner of Thrifty and they are con artists. I got a quote for 400 damage and they coincidentally found 890 worth of damage. I can't believe this sort of behaviour still goes on.
