Absolutely top class service. Reserved a vehicle Friday morning, collected that afternoon no problems at all. Customer service was faultless. Wouldnt hesitate to use again. Thank you!!!

absolutely shocking !! do not use! we were meant to pick up a car at 12pm and got there on time and no one was there only other angry customers, apparently they went to do a delivery and all workers left as well. after waiting for 45mins someone did show up eventually and told us that car had been cancelled we asked why and they just said dunno and carried on doing other things !! incredibly rude staff and even commented on my appearance rudely and unnecessarily. miserable and unprofessional and didnt even receive an apology, not to mention we had travelled over 2hrs to get there to be turned away and struggled for weeks to get a refund ! absolutely awful service

Staff that I have dealt with are very helpful and try their best. The problem I have with this Hertz office is that they have not been able to honor a booking I had. Basically they had no car available even though I had a confirmed booking. Not sure exactly what the problem is but the booking system doesn't connect with the car availability at this office. Very frustrating when at short notice I had to organise another car from another rental company. To be fair they did phone me up the day before but still very annoying. So be warned that if you make a booking at short notice they may not have a car. Hopefully this system issue can be resolved.
