From initial valuation by John through to final sale via Lynn and Jemma was exceptional.The best part of using Burgoynes is that they Lynn in particular monitor the sale and chased everybody up my conveyancers and the buyers conveyancers making sure we were all doing what we needed to be to achieve a quick sale. Which was 6weeks, after initially losing our first buyers.Thought the property file app is a great aid to see where everyone is.

Outstanding. A great, local team that communicates well, is driven, and very easy to deal with. They clearly care about what they do and have their clients in mind. The rate of commission was very competitive and the team very much earnt it, during a very challenging period in the property market (they re-sold my house due to a buyer pulling out, and got more the second time round). Very grateful to John, Lyn and the team for their patience, for being a driving force in the chain, and all-round top notch service!
