Total Car Parks Ltd

Total scammers. They operate the Isca car park in Exeter along side ringo but dont advertise this. After using the ringo app to locate this car park and then pay Ive now been issued a 100 fine by this company! Ive appealed which is when I was told that different levels are run by diffeeent companies! I have never heard of this in my 53 years. No signage makes this clear at all. Having researched the matter I can see hundreds of other people have had the same experience and yet signage has not been improved to make customers aware of this so they are raking it in. I paid my parking and still got fined! Very poor company, making money off people in such an underhand way.

If I could leave negative stars I would recieved a ticket after an honest mistake by paying on the wrong app which covers the upper carpark (I didn't even know it was two carparks) when appealed they were extremely rude I will NEVER use the carpark again BE AWARE

DO NOT PARK HERE - parking machines not working and not accepting card payment. Website address that it tells you go to does not work. SMS service not working. Eventually manged to download some shoddy Parkonomy app, which took about 20 minutes to register and figure out how to pay (I'm a software developer). I suspect a lot of people get fixed penalty notices. Seemed to show up on the RingGo app, but I don't think this carpark has anything to do with RingGo?
