This accommodation is terrible, they're very much unhygienic and never cleaning elevators, common room or any public spaces. While I do understand that this is a private accommodation and you are supposed to clean your own room and kitchen I received both disgusting and the surfaces were sticky and dusty. They also have a silverfish infestation that were found in multiple floors and rooms, and they haven't taken any action to fumigate the accommodation or do anything about it. The management is pretty much non existent, they're almost never in the office for most hours. They don't care for any maintenance or to maintain sanitation of the place. Moreover, the laundry room has had a basket of clothes sitting in the corner of the room ever since I got to the accommodation which is completely disgusting. Any complaints that are made to the team or thisisfresh is not acknowledged which is ridiculous for a student accommodation and you most definitely are wasting your money if you come here. And they also charge you extra for locking you out of your room You can most definitely find better accommodation for the same price or less This has got to be the most disappointing accommodation to stay at and you're not getting anything you paid for.
