Outstanding level of customer service from the outset. David was more than happy to answer all questions and went above and beyond for me throughout the purchase. Ended up purchasing 2 of the Jack Nowell G0811 editions with sentimental serial numbers. The watches are exceptional and i am looking to adding another one to the collection in the future. If I could give 10 I would. David, his team and his products are amazing. Flexible with my requests from the get go with quick personal responses. I had an issue with my watch and without hesitation they asked for it back for reviewal and have sent a replacement within days. I wanted to shop and support local business and this is why. The watch competes with Swiss alternatives. But I'll say it again, the customer service is what pushes this company beyond its competitors. Thank you.

Was fortunate enough to be able to send my Mum a Olivier Meylan watch from the Bijoux range for her Birthday . She was truly thrilled to receive such a wonderful gift, loving both the design and quality and definitely thought it was a stylish watch for wearing out to social functions
