I was appalled at the level of customer service in the Exeter store today. 3 girls sat in the fitting room chatting about real personal stuff that wasn't for customer ears! The girl at the till asked the girls for help and they refused so she had to call on the radio and the queue was long. I actually felt sorry for the till employee. It also felt like there was a devide between the employees and no team spirt!! As retail manager myself I would be discussed if this was my store and team.

Not much of variety of plus size clothing not very clean dust on the clothes terrible customer all chatting between them selves totally ignoring the customer not coming to exeter Zara again Ive been twice now and customer service bad
