Working with Laura has been one of the most beneficial and transformative experiences of my life. Her approach is welcoming, warm, and non-judgemental -- while still being challenging at the appropriate times. I'd worked with two therapists previously and had pretty negative experiences, so was hesitant to try again. Laura listened, understood, and create a safe atmosphere from the first words we spoke to each other. She sets a great example of openness and curiosity that makes it easy for me to relax and be honest in the space. Our fortnightly sessions are helping me feel more in control (and accepting) of my reactions and feelings. Invaluable work, made possible by an excellent therapist.

Laura is a fantastic therapist, I have been working with her for almost a year and she has helped me through my final year of university. I have worked through a lot of issues ranging from childhood trauma to current relationships. Her kind, empathetic and relatable way of engaging makes you feel incredibly at ease and listened to. Im so grateful for all of her help.

Laura really is an amazing therapist. I have had 7 years of on and off counselling ranging from NHS to private and was just about ready to give up. I've never had a therapist make me feel so comfortable before and like I'm fully being seen and listened to. I've always found therapy/counselling a very cold experience and that it's more of a box ticking exercise. Laura on the other hand was so compassionate and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Thank you Laura, you've made changes in my life that I was trying to make for years.

Law is absolutely amazing! I was so hesitant to try integrative therapy after exhausting CBT but I really struck gold finding Law. We worked through many of my issues together in such a kind and empathetic and wholly down to earth way over the course of half a year. I wasnt sure what to expect from integrative therapy but it truly transformed the way interact with myself and others. Additionally, if youre looking for an LGBTQ or neurodivergent friendly therapist I also highly recommend her, I felt so accepted and understood in my identity while working with her. Honestly only regret is not finding her sooner, she is a treasure!

Laura has been my therapist for the past 7 months and I am currently still continuing my sessions. After contacting a few different therapists, I knew early on that I had made the correct decision in selecting Laura. I was initially anxious to start my sessions but Laura made me feel comfortable very early on and now I look forward to them! Laura has helped me to recognise areas of myself and allowed me the space to question and freely explore in a safe environment. She is a very friendly and non-judgemental therapist that I would highly recommend her.
