        Great service at Moss Bros. Was served by Seb who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, Friendly and helpful. Went out of his way for us when looking for a suit. Took his time and was amazingly patient with us. Thanks Seb. Regards.. Ken.

        Visited last week as in the market for a new suit, wasnt greeted or approached upon entering the store. As we walked and browsed we were ignored. We were dressed appropriately so couldnt understand this lack of customer service. A colleague behind the till was sounding very unprofessional on the phone at the time we were browsing.
