        Arrived today (8/2) for pre-booked tyre fitting appointment booked on 5/2. Branch closed and sign on door made clear had been closed for at least 2 days. No answer on phone numbers given. Received no contact in advance to rearrange fitting. Bookings still being taken online as if branch open. Multiple other customers in same situation.

        I made an online booking and paid for a full service 2 weeks prior to arriving at National Tyres, Alphington Rd, Exeter to closed doors and not a soul in sight. Only when I called the Exeter branch number to enquire was I told that this branch has been closed and that my car cannot be serviced. There was no signage indicating that the branch has been closed (and the company page on Google states clearly that it is open), nor was I contacted by phone or email to cancel my booking or arrange a booking at another branch. The person I spoke to told me he'd "been trying to contact me for days" and that I could make a booking at another branch next month... Really??!! This was a complete waste of my time and fuel. Zero out of ten for customer service.
