        Served by Georgina on a visit to John Lewis, Exeter. Very knowledgeable and supremely helpful. Being over 60, you sometimes feel invisible, but I felt valued and her product recommendations were spot on. I will definitely purchase Benefit products again.

        Aisha is amazing, very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable while she applied my makeup. She is an absolute star and a credit to Benefit. Thank you again for making me feel more human!

        Now going to Debenhams and boots brow bars. When my friend and I went in to see the makeup, I made eye contact with one of the benefit girls (ginger hair) and she turned to another girl and sniggered. She then gestures to my friend and pointed at her own eyebrows. They couldnt have been more obvious and rude. This level of judgement is unacceptable and has unfortunately lost John Lewis some loyal customers.
