16 months since window installations and still on going issues with SafeStyle yet to be corrected.

Ordered a new front door after waiting ages for local small traders to not come back eith a price etc Safestlye had a chap around to quote next day, surveyor not long after and actually rang up to say they could fit the door a week early! My kid daftly left his xmas present keyring on the keys to the old door, Nick from the Exeter branch kindly found it and is even dropping it round so great service and the door is fine

Dreadful company!! Take my advice and avoid at all costs I ordered 2 doors both did not fit. They have left me with a cut down front door which was supposed to be temporary and no door at all for my conservatory which is leaking rain water everywhere! I have tried all week to contact them only to be ignored. I have just received a letter from them telling me that I have to wait for another 5 weeks!!! Horrendous customer service horrendous surveyor. The only good thing was the fitter who tried his hardest to make a temporary door for the main entrance to ensure I was safe. Safe style couldnt care less I am now taking the legal route UPDATE- After being ignored for a week safestyle finally contacted me early one more told me the doors were there and A fitter was available did I want it done!!!! I accepted (of course) the fitter arrived doors fitted . Overal verdict- The fitters are fantastic! Went above and beyond to try to help the situation and knew their jobs PERFECT! Safestyle no no no! Use a different company! Surveyor - kenny wheeldon - Horrendous, rude, disrespectful!!' I will be making a formal complaint.

Look at this lovely, security, composite door! I'm delighted! As a property developer, previously, the quality is exceptional. You do get what you pay for but as this is my forever home, I wanted the best and I have got it. Kevin Thompson - the salesman - was professional, well mannered, polite and efficient. The price was more than, as a developer, I'm used to but, on consideration, I've got the Rolls Royce of doors and there has been a leap in costs, due to inflation, after all. Weighing it up, I thought it better to buy now rather than leave it. Prices are rocketing and interest rates increasing, so I grabbed the interest free option, over two years, to make my money work in the here and now. I'm not sure lending in the future will be as abundant as now... we have already seen loan products being pulled or hiked in interest! The surveyor and fitter were great too, very friendly and quick. No complaints, really... although I didn't get my 5 keys promised, just the standard 3, I could push for it but, to be honest, can't be bothered!

Terrible service, door installed faulty and it has taken well over a year to be reinstalled. In this time the customer service was poor and rarely was I able to contact them. 7 missed appointments without informing me the engineer wouldnt be showing. To top it off the situation is still not resolved. If I could give 0 stars I would have - avoid!
