        Really nice staff and a great selection of teas! I tried a matcha latte in store and picked up a tin of the mermaid matcha, I'd recommend both!

        I would like to mention the lovely service I received on my visit to the Exeter store on Friday 28th April, late afternoon. I was served by a lovely lady called Jaz. I was really impressed with how pleasant she was to all the customers, as she was on her own and the store became busy whilst I was there. I always find the store a wonderful experience, with such excellent staff. Thanks to all that work at this store

        Attended a tea blending workshop. Thoroughly enjoyed it mixed 3 teas of my own and tasted loads including tea cocktail or mocktail! Lots of info given in a light-hearted manner excellent would highly recommend
