Food was amazing and service was exemplary. Alex and Jack couldn't have been more helpful throughout. The tall guy was friendly as well but didn't catch his name.

I'm not really sure where to start. Lengthy but fair! The part of the wedding that was meant to be seemless, no worries as the food tasted at the tasting was faultless as was the service and experience of the staff. Well this was NOT the case on the day of my brothers wedding - after planning and delivering hundreds of wedding and events this was service and a standard I was appalled by. The food was by far the worst tasted and presented in all my years, dry meat, bare tomatoes and potatoes this was hardly a balanced plate. And as for the vegetarian option being tomatoes given from the meat platter I think training needs to be addressed with food allergens and particular food choices of guests. The expectation of the pudding was high as the tasting menu pudding was incredible... we got crumbs on a plate with ice cream and a raspberry. I certainly expected a lot more from a company with background experience. The things is as we all know there is one day of your life you cant take back and change its your wedding day and on this occasion it was ruined for my little brother... gutted and so disappointed is about all the words I can find to say. To top it all off the photo booth in the evening was meant to be hired for 2 hours - we got 25 minutes and 16 photos, I truly wish I had taken my own camera and stood there. For Joe to ignore my phone calls when called and the girls just took the camera and left at 9pm because that's when they were told to go... I mean come on! Overall an experience I truly wouldn't want anyone else to experience!

Appalling, disgraceful, heartless, shambles and incompetent are the few words that would very accurately describe complete events. We hired complete events to do the catering at our wedding. We had a tasting menu to make sure the food was exactly how we wanted with the head chef called Chris. The food was exceptional. Unfortunately and apparently Chris has now left the business which explains why the food was so shocking. Complete events didnt think to give us a call to let us know that Chris has left and then there will be a new chef for our special day. So we were left high and dry on our special day with disgusting food. My 15 month old baby could have done a better job. The meat was dry, the salads were bare and even the service was shocking. I printed off a table plan before the wedding so that Complete events could see where the vegetarians were sat (the table plan was extremely clear). On of my guests asked if they could have the vegetarian option and the waiter picked the tomatoes off the meat plate and put them on my guests plate Pedro is the new chef however calling him a chef is exaggerating. We hired a photo booth for two hours. The girls came and took 3 hours to set it up. They ran it for 25 minutes and then left. We were left with 16 photos. Worth mentioning that a couple of the photos werent of guests but of the photo booth its self. Worth mentioning Im still waiting for the photos (the wedding was a month ago). Our photographer who took more than 1000 photos has already sent them to put this into perspective. When I sent a complaint email to Joe (the director) it took him 4 days to reply and even after chasing. We were totally ignored. When he did reply he said he would answer in full later that day. When he answered in full it was pathetic. Joe didnt answer half of the email and everything he said was not sincere at all. For someone who ruined our day and to show no remorse was disgraceful. The marquee was all over the shop so if you are looking at hiring a marque I would also stay away. The list really does go on. Theres no wonder they are frantically changing their name complete events to my sugar plum events and also changing their name of their restaurant odd fellows in Exeter. I hope people will read this and choose carefully on there catering/events company as my wife and I are mortified how we and our guests were treated.
