I have stopped using them as my mother gets very distressed with the constant calling and harassment.
I use someone from Personal Shoppers UK which means she isn't restricted to just their food which is not that nice anyway. It's also a lot cheaper, costs 10 delivery, she gives them the money and they come back with what she wants.
In fact, I wish I had found Personal Shoppers UK ages ago as we went with oak house because we thought they were the only option. Shop around people!
