        We pay council tax for nothing but a load of lazy people that take your money , but wont take your rubbish , then they wonder why people fly tip , there's nowhere to take your bags of rubbish , they tell you they cant take bags , and the tiny black bin at home is not enough to hold 2 weeks worth of rubbish , exeter council is RUBBISH .
