This is really worse accommodation in terms of solving the problem. My room has trouble with the door lock system during the night which is about 9 pm. I cant access to my room because the door cannot open and yes, this is not my fault, not at all. Its just about the door system. And you know what they have tried to do for me. Just try to place the card like i do and use the specific key which is doesnt really help. Finally, say im so sorry , you need to wait until in the morning!!! Wt* r u kidding me?? I need to submit my assignment tmr morning and have online class. I need my laptop!!! All theyre doing is giving me the spare room. Guysss!!! What if they dont have spare room. What am i gonna do? Stay in the kitchen? Or what? Homeless? What the world giving this service to me. I cant understand!!! This is not so professional service. Omg! I heard this happened to others as well. Now! I live with concerning about if the door lock again and i need to move without stuffs or what if i have exam tmr. Oh my god!!! I cant imagine. Poor me!

Study Inn Exeter is a great student accommodation option for those attending university in the city. The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance to the main campus and also close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, the building has plenty of common areas, including a large lounge, which are perfect for socialising and studying. In addition to the great facilities, Emily, Kelly and other staff members are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that residents may have. They also regularly organise events and activities for residents to get to know each other and make the most of their time living in the accommodation. They are professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable. They are a huge asset to Study Inn and make it a great place to live. All in all, I highly recommend Study Inn Exeter for students looking for a comfortable and well-managed accommodation option.

My friend, she is now suffering on mental health. She need to make to appointment to see the psychologist becuase of the room next door harassing her by tapping her face, she called police and the office for her rights. However the office just did nothing and just offer a new room to him, just to keep the money"safe" on both side. Please do something serious, the rights ian't fair enough compare to money? It isn't a small issue from someone psysical and mental health, when you stay with unhealth people!

Definitely no sound proofing room, some room will turn on the music as loud as a pub DJ with heavy annoying bass at night, cant stay happily. Even the staff help to warn them, they still no care and turn the music up like a pub again and again, very loud noise. Some staff may feel the noise is ok because they just turn down when staff go check then do the DJ again. The room is no sound proof, you could hear all the heavy beat and every sound. The layout that your desk is near the door make you hear when people are walking and talking in the hallway. And its so tried to report on the noise problem since theres no solution - must endure it by yourself. You do respect the socialize rule until 11pm while the troublesome room allow to make very loud noise disturbing others. Cant focus on my study at all and so suffering. So go away from here if you are looking for quiet happy place.
