        After my order paid and confirmed, I have been told there's two three weeks waiting time. On the day before my delivery after all the waiting time, my order has been cancelled. So why can't you give earlier notice and let customers down as a habit according to other reviews? Communication is also awful.

        Ordered a bath after being told it was in stock and available for immediate delivery. Then received a message to say it was delayed 3 weeks. Then on the day before delivery, was advised it would be another week. Then on the day before that delivery, was advised it would be another month. So I've now had no bath in my bathroom for over 4 weeks and expected to wait another month! Not good enough. Had to cancel order and go elsewhere.

        The return and replacement was quick and efficient. They made sure all came asap, so my plumber could fit in time for Christmas.
