The Neighbourhood - Student Accommodation Exeter

I have lived in this accommodation since Sept 2022 and I only have positive things to say about it. One of my favourite things is how there is someone on the desk 24/7 meaning you can collect parcels at any time or be let in if you happen to forget or lose your keycard without a lengthy wait, as well as the close proximity to the city centre and all the shops.

I have loved living here for the most part, there is a dishwasher and everything is up to a high standard in the building and facilities. They do Christmas parties and pancake day stuff and the woman at reception is lovely. However, my main upset is that it is sooooo hot, I have my window open as far as it will go all the time and it is only February and I am walking around in shorts. I feel it will be way to hot in summer and there is no air con so there will be nothing I can do

Im really happy here and always feel supported by the front desk, who are always on hand to help. Theres a lovely community feeling, for example my neighbours always offer to help me carry my shopping up to my room and theres lots of opportunities to socialise with other residents through free pizza on Friday and other events. The rooms are really modern and Ive made it feel like home. Already rebooked for next year and hope to stay on further for my postgrad.

Great accommodations!! The room is functional and stylish decoration. Warm hospitality and welcome by staffs. Great services and clean. Good morning with coffee fruits and bakeries are provided in weekdays. Common areas are clean and encouraged to use any time. Good services and safety environment. Theres 24 hrs staff stand-by to service residents. Totally love this place and warmly feel like home!!!!
