Obviously it's hit and miss what you find when it comes to clothing and bric-a-brac, but they do have ethical full price goods, Moomin items (even the shop assistant wasn't sure why!) .. but they also do a great range of chocolate. It's slightly more expensive than the supermarkets but they have a wider range of flavours. If you love Divine or Tony's chocolate, you have to check Oxfam out.

Now only has 10% of the vinyl it used to have. What vinyl is there is still overpriced with many on sale with obvious scratches. Check all vinyl before you buy. If it's vinyl you are after consider going elsewhere.

On a recent visit to your Exeter store (the top one that mainly sells books) I was very disappointed to hear staff members gossiping and make rude comments about customers. This is not the first time I have seen this in this store. On both occasions there was a male staff member making rude comments after a customer had left and different female staff members were joining in. It is a shame as the store is overwise nice as it has a great supply of interesting books. It seems likely that this must happen quite often though as I have seen it on two separate occasions which is a shame and quite rude to customers.
