        Very poor customer service. Paid 700 for an item which malfunctioned after only a few weeks. As it was second hand I wasnt particularly angry, but their after-care was dreadful, they didnt seem to want to help at all, just argued with me and gave me no practical solutions. Would steer well clear and use a national organisation with a decent level of customer service. One tip; use a domestic credit card when buying from these people, that way if the goods (like mine) arent fit for purpose, youre covered under the Consumer Credit Act.
