Rupert is super knowledgeable and will really try to tailor his advice to suit your playing style.
They never pressure or try to upsell you on an instrument and they are very happy for you to take a lot of time thinking, infact they actively try to make sure you are sure you are getting the perfect instrument for you even if that means you end up spending a lot less than you budgeted for.
Most relaxed shopping experience ever, highly reccomend!
