Have not visited for some time as found prices quite high for some of the items, and (for my own liking anyway - my personal opinion) too many brand new items - thought we should be recycling as new and good quality items encouraging people not to dump but to put to a good cause. Will have a look next time down that way though and see if improved

I am doing a review on sue Ryder the heavitree shop, because I have had a couple of very disconcerting experiences there. I have taken in a couple of very good items to the store over the past couple of years. The attitude from the, I believe store manager? Is one of ow it's not good enough, it must be near new, resulting to a visit to the tip!! The next issue unbelievable is the prices have gone through the roof on some items if not all..you can actually buy some items brand new cheaper in the shops. Yes the 2 seater sofa in the picture says 650 this is a charity shop.

Too many new goods. Manager never seems consistent. A little pricey but always clean and tidy

Extremely helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Beautifully arranged and constantly changing array of goods including small furniture items.... And all for an excellent cause worthy of support.

lovely stuff and staff there but need to call deliver guy myself is a bit difficult. it would be convenient if they have their own deliver man and they arrange it would be easier for customers to buy the furniture .
