        I always go to H&B for my chocolate cocoa protein bounce balls once a week. The high street H&B store is always stocked with the products I come in for from nuts to bounce balls. The staff are very friendly, especially Lucy who always greets me with a positive smile.

        Unfortunately staff were unable to advise due to laws around CBD for medical use but what they were allowed to say and their demeanour talking about personal worries was brilliant. Many thanks to them!

        I had bought a meal replacement shake online at a decent price but in the end never picked it up and still have not received my refund. Now considering this was last month and it says on the email after 10 days if the product has not yet been picked up they will return It and I would get a refund, almost a month later and still not got my money back (this is the only issue I have had with this company). They have a wide range of products which are affordable prices, and when I have shopped with holland and barrett before it's always been an easy transaction.
