        Hopeless. Standing in a queue and completely ignored. When I ask where to queue to get served , young girl on till just shrugs ! Not bothered about their customers ! Avoid !

        Boy serving spent the whole time biting his fingernails without hygiene touching all the coffee. He had to add coffee beans; and used cold milk. The coffee was disgusting. Only tried it because of the long queues inside.

        Sitting in for a combo as my go to guilty pleasure: cappuccino + limited edition Jaffa cakes doughnut (AKA jaffanut); and today, thanks to a kind man behind the counter I discovered a really good deal ! Very happy
