Gecko Mobile - Click & Collect

Terrible customer service. Phoned was delivered on the 3rd January and still trying to get a hold of them in order to find out whats going on Emailed 3 times in the last week to no avail.

Would not recommend selling phone with this company at all, take ages to respond and when they do it is limited. I sent my phone within the time frame when my package arrived in order to sell it and Royal Mail told me it had been delivered, I heard nothing for ages and was then told it a packing slip was not included despite me having done everything I was told when sending it off. I then just received and email saying it has been changed to poor condition due to scratches on the screen despite me having a case and a screen protector on the phone from the day I got it. This is a joke and I have requested my phone back because of their terrible service

Unable to contact this company. They offered me over 96 for my iPhone 8 which had always been in a case and screen protector. The offer was revised down to 46 due to scratching on the phone. My wife had her iPhone 8 similarly reduced from &96 due to a faulty speaker. Both phones were returned to us and sold on eBay for more money as they were both in excellent condition. I dont believe Gecko Mobile made genuine offers. I do believe they entice people with high buy back offers and hope people accept reduced amounts to boost their profits.

I have purchased an iphone 11, unlocked 64gb excellent condition. Good communication from seller regarding a couple issues and now happy with the phone.

WARNING POTENTIALLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I sent my iphone in for repair due to faults that occurred within the first couple of weeks, and had confirmation of its arrival on the 6th DECEMBER. Since then I have sent over 20 emails to enquire about when the phone will be repaired and sent back to me, however have had no evidence of progression. I do not believe i will ever get the phone back or receive compensation. I am looking into escalating the issue, and i would recommend any potential customers to avoid this company at all costs. I'm hoping someone from geckomobile will give me a better explanation after leaving these reviews.
