Looks like a luxury complex but is actually terrible quality. Closet and chest of drawers broken within a week and after complaining multiple times, handy man comes in to put in 2 screws that break within a week. My wooden closet fell down which is extremely hazardous, and they finally agreed to purchase a new one. However, I had to go pick it up from the agency and put it together myself as well as remove the old wooden closet from my room and it was not removed from our hallway for 3 months. My terrace came dirty after being assured that I'd receive the place cleaned, after complaining multiple times an estate agent showed up to clean it herself with no cleaning products and she left because she underestimated my complaint. Couch was broken first week, had to wait 3 weeks for replacement. My roommate blinds for her window, which is rather large, have broken around 3 times (the sandman informed as that the wall is not structurally sound to efficiently hold the blinds). Our Wifi broke down during exam week. Dining table which appears to be wooden Is actually stickered and melted when I placed my plate on it. We tried discussing a rent reduction due to COVID and us considering moving back home in December but they were in no way empathetic with our situation. Although these issues seem minimal, the apartment is just not worth the money your paying.
