        We've had a very good experience dealing with this company, particularly Barbara who handled our sale. We wanted a Morso Ignis fire pit ASAP. Yes we're impatient. After a few calls to different companies it appeared that none are available in the UK at the time. I left a message with Hearth & Cook and they duly responded pretty quick. Not every company responded. Barbara said they had an Ignis due in the same week. It did arrive. Late Wednesday afternoon I placed the order, it was dispatched on Thursday and arrived Friday morning (10.30) via DPD Next Day. This is how Internet shopping should be... listen up other Internet retailers! My wife and I are prolific Internet shoppers (except clothes) so have plenty of good and bad experiences. This was a great experience.
