H20 will tell you everything you want to hear in their showroom. Very convincing my 11 thousand pound hot tub leaked upon installation, the showroom clearly chooses what calls and emails to answer. Their response was poor and slow, I had a tub leaking over a new summer house floor and quite frankly they didnt care. Spend your money elsewhere and check the reviews.

Emily was very helpful from the beginning, her advice helped us to pick the hot tub that was most suitable for us, the delivery team had excellent communication, and Anthony the engineer was helpful with the installation process. Would highly recommend!

Had my hot tub nearly a year now and highly recommend H2O. Emily was so informative and kept me updated with the delivery and installation. Whenever I needed a question answered, nothing is too much trouble and dealt with quickly. The tub itself, is high quality and so easy to maintain.

We walked in today, door indicator sounded and we waited for nearly 10 minutes and no one greeted us. Like a ghost town. We then went back to Just Hot Tubs Exeter where we had great advice and service earlier that day and purchased an 8k hot tub.
