This shop provides outstanding customer service. They make sure the customer is happy with the end result. This has become rare nowadays where a quick sale "fire and forget" attitude is standard practice in music product sales. Lee was even chasing the courier when the parcel got stuck at customs. Highly recommended.

The excellent Staff helped me with a guitar purchase, they were patient and didn't mind that I needed time to think and have a coffee elsewhere before making my decision. The guitar was explained to me in detail, including a feature I was unfamiliar with ( locking tuners) which was helpful. The atmosphere in the shop was calm, and there was no pressure from any of the staff when browsing. While Project music have a lot of Fender guitars there were a few less common guitar brands like Charvel, and Mayones, which was really nice to see. There is also a large selection of acoustic guitars. Highly Recommended

Excellent service. Lee and Phil were very friendly and full of good advice. Their knowledge of guitars and amps is immense and they were able to guide me in buying the best guitar for my needs. I am very grateful for all their help, patience and good humour. Much appreciated.
