Same day replacement. They were very fast. Left black Sikaflex sealant spots, smears and fingerprints on front panel, bonnet, roof, wings and doors. Left dirt all over dashboard as well. Would never use these again, appalling.

Having had my window smashed I needed a replacement fast. To their credit, the window was sourced quickly and fitted quickly too. As other have commented though, it's the quality of the work that's the issue. The amount of class left in the door is considerable, and weeks after the work was carried out, I still get broken glass being thrown from the door every time it is closed. It seems reasonable to expect the broken glass to be removed, or at least advise customers it won't be before work is carried out - I had no idea it wouldn't be until I drove the car for the first time. It's a comparably cheap service they provide, but you'll end up paying someone else to mop up after they're done, so do take this into consideration. Service: Auto side window replacement

Nothing to much trouble fitted new windscreen in a professional and timely manner was a lot cheaper than anticipated
