        Booked an appointment for 11:40 today. Turned up to find the unit closed and locked. Nobody answering the phone either. Waiting for an appointment at the apple store now instead. Not impressed.

        absolutely disgraceful customer service lied to by Nick, Mel and Chris, told 3 times items will be dispatched and were not even in stock! Very unhelpful and did not care other than take your money and not bother to provide the goods, absolutely disgraceful! MD emailed, customer service emailed 3 times with no response
