AWFUL. Do not rent off this company. Appalling. No care at all for the occupants of the rented houses. No urgency to sort any issues out. House not up to rental living standards and they have shown absolutely no care for us. Rude and arrogant. Do NOT recommend.

We had the pleasure to rent a house through Hellier Ridley Ltd for about seven years, and would highly recommend their service to anyone who would like to feel like home in their rented house. Will and Ben are professional and very responsive to any issues related to house maintenance. They always respected our privacy and they did the annual property checkups at times convenient for us. We loved to live in our rented house, thanks to Will and Ben. That house felt like home.

Will & team have provided us an excellent service in letting out our house in Exeter for the first time. Needed some minor remedial works prior to letting which they organised.

Hellier Ridley were fantastic, we rented a property through them for 2 years and they were extremely quick to respond to any query or sort anything for us. Any issue we had with the flat was solved quickly and done so with friendly trusted service people. The flat was clean when moving in and the only reason for moving out was because of the purchase of our own property, otherwise would have very happily stayed with Hellier Ridley. They have been the best renting experience I have had in 10 years, and would highly recommend.

Will and team are great. They have a no fuss approach to letting. They responded quickly every time we had to contact them and sorted of issues quickly. Highly recommend them!
