Francis Louis have been our agents for a good amount of time, as we were going through the process of trying to find a house, as well as selling ours through them. From the very beginning, we found James (Edwards) to be very polite and understanding. When we made suggestions, these were taken on board. Both James and Adam have done their best in supporting our house search, and always made sure we were first through the door if something of any note came onto their books. When approaching our exchange date, James did a wonderful job in keeping everything on track and ensuring that all parties were kept up-to-date. We really appreciated this professional approach, but also the understanding that house buying and selling is an emotional process. We are very grateful to have chosen an agency that isn't trying to outsmart other agents, and only has their clients' best interests at heart.
