        Awesome, went in yesterday just to ask about roof boxes didn't have in stock, but 2 coming today, went and picked up the Ocean 80, offered to put on my car, brilliant service. They also have a good selection of battery bikes, worth a look.

        EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! These guys have got it right. I was initially a little put off by Thule prices. Once Ian had shown me how my roof system works I was impressed with the build quality and innovation in the Thule systems. They insured my system fitted correctly, was safe and fully explained, this was all included, I believe in the end the Thule system from The Roof Rack Company in Exeter was very good value. I could be stuck with a mail order rack that wasnt as good, didnt fit, with the possibility of returning it after paying extra for postage. You dont have that problem with this very professional, extremely safe (individual appointment, distancing throughout), friendly company. I would not hesitate in using this team of professionals again (product so good theyll have to wait for my next vehicle), I thoroughly recommend them.
