Wow. What can i say. The old man who works In the pharmacy in the Exeter Tesco vale Rude zero customer service. Ended up shouting at me and no decorum. Spoke to the manager of the Tesco store about this. He was lovely. Interestingly told me they get a lot of complaints about the staff that work on the pharmacy. Do better. Also I have noticed that a lot of the reviews below say about an older man shouting. He really needs sacking. Not good enough and will be putting an official complaint in.

The pharmacist was very helpful and friendly and the other staff are absolutely great. Nothing is too much for them and will help you with any questions or medical advice. Use this one regularly and have never had any problems.

Excellent service both on the phone and when I got there. Pharmacies in Sidmouth had reduced me to tears as none of them had my medication and none of them would order it for me. Tesco in Exeter however, spent considerable time looking to see if they had any and when they found some, offered to put it to one side until I got there. They also noted that my prescription was for three so offered to order two more for me. Well done Tesco pharmacy

Unfortunately had a really bad experience. I tried to return (for disposal) some antibiotics that I had been prescribed after surgery because I had some leftover. The lady that was at the pharmacy told me that they couldn't dispose of it because it was liquid and not tablets. After checking with the pharmacist what I should do, I got told that I should just pour it down the drain as that would be the easiest way of disposing of it!! I mentioned that the antibiotics leaflet explicitly stated to not dispose in the drain, and I even said that this is what causes antibiotic resistance and it's definitely not something one should do, but I got told again that I should just pour it down the drain (which obviously I'm not going to do and will try a different pharmacy instead). This was very disappointing as I always had a positive experience at this pharmacy before, but after this I will probably not go back as it makes me question how professional they are.
