        Rented from Capron for a year from 2020. House and garden had so many issues and they pretty much never replied to emails or phone calls - only time anything happened was when we went to the office in person. Plus when we moved in during COVID times the house wasn't cleaned with toenails and used plasters still around the house.

        As a tenant I had a overnight problem that was dealt with efficiently and the fault was corrected before 10.00am the following morning.

        I have rented a flat from Carpon Gould for three years. Can not recommend them enough. From the first day to the last, so professional and friendly at the same time. Always get me what I need. Locked myself out several times and they helped for free. Used their professional cleaner and they gave me the full deposit back. Thank you Alex and Sarah!
