The staff don't pounce on you as soon as you walk in which I personally prefer but were very happy to help once they knew they were needed.
We bought a Syrian hamster. Lewis who helped us was very friendly and helpful.
She seems a happy little soul who loves barrelling around in her wheel and tubes.
