Have used this branch for many years and have seen many people come and go for many reasons. Claire the new girl / woman is very pleasant and willing to learn so should be given a bit more support as this is obviously lacking. Stick with it Claire. The main reason for doing this review is for the backbone of the sales counter that we all know and love thats you Brandon. Without this man, myself and I would think many others would move to another branch. Youre doing a great job Brandon and I hope you get rewarded in the correct way. Stick with it and everything will come good I hope. And to those people moaning about the waiting times have a word with the manager if you can find him.

Ordered a part on line 28th having checked opening hours on the website and selected collection date. No mention of being closed between Christmas and New Year and part urgently required for a Central Heating System. Turned up before closing time only to find no one at home! Not impressed. Please update your website for next time.......
