One of the most pro-active recruitment agencies I have had the pleasure to deal with. My agent Steph is warm, friendly, and extremely fast in sorting things out. I'm very happy with this team!

My first impression of this agency was horrendous. I was instantly questioned in a very rude manor about why I was currently only looking for work this week and why I was only interested in ad-hoc work. I was told to just go and work for a friend - solid advice from someone who doesn't know anything about my circumstances! She even then added on "why can't you go to your local pub and work for a couple of days... Then just incase that wasn't enough salt in the wound, I was told that no one would be able to find temp work for me over the next week and that if they employed me, or any other agency did, I would cost them too much as I wouldn't work enough to make their money back. (Funny how I haven't had that response from any other agency!) Her tone was patronising and rude. Recruitment agencies are there to find people work under both temporary & long term conditions and yet I was spoken too like I was out of order for enquiring into wether they had any work to fill this week! I was spoken to like I was an inconvenience and the entire phone call was unprofessional. I did not expect nor deserve to be spoken to like that. I understand that it might not be viable for your company to only employ someone for a short amount of time but it could have been put across in a completely different manor. Shout out to Jackie for being so rude and giving me an horrible first impression of your company, she really does deserve all the credit. I will not be recommending & I definitely will never even consider working for your agency.

Ive been with WISE since January 2019. Ive been treated with the upmost of respect and care having been made redundant just before Christmas. Requesting night shift because of my home life , WISE set out to find me the perfect job. They did this in super quick time . After my details were moved from the Torquay office to Exeter, Stephanie Cole introduced herself to me, and said she would be my point of contact from now on . She has been nothing but perfect , so professional with bags of personality . She is a true asset to WISE employment. Thank you
